Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Setting up a catch-all mailbox will be really easy if you’ve got a shared plan with us. You can enable the feature through our powerful, yet easy-to-work-with Email Manager tool, which is included in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer the account itself. You’ll see all the email addresses that you have created listed alphabetically and next to each one there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly let you know if a specific mailbox stores all the email messages pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With one mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate the feature whenever you like. In case there’s enabled email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a particular domain name, you’ll get a warning from our system. The latter won’t disable/replace anything automatically or without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all address can be configured with several clicks of the mouse in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated hosting plan with us. The hosting account will be managed through our custom Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will be able to set up mailboxes with any domain hosted here. To enable the catch-all functionality for a particular mailbox, you’ll need to click on the icon with the exact same name, which will be to the right of each mailbox. Deactivating this option can be done in the exact same manner and will not require more than a click either. In case the catch-all option has already been enabled for a given domain, you will receive a warning text message. The same is valid if the mailbox that you wish to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never disable or alter any feature automatically.
